Wonderful vintage 1990s pleated pencil skirt. Black wool with coffin pleats down one side. Semi wrap style with buttons at the side. Label reads: Evan Picone and gives a size of 6, but do see measurements below. Unlined.

Excellent vintage condition. The only issue is an inner hook and eye needs a bit of trestitching at one corner.

Measurements when lying flat, doubled at waist and hip:
Waist: 26"
Hips: free but approx 43"
Waist to bottom hem: 26"
