Kwik Sew 443 Vintage Sewing Pattern - 1970's infants dress pinafore and bloomers vintage pattern.  

Dress has a front and back yoke, short or long sleeves and a round collar.  Pinafore has a front and back yoke trimmed with lace.  Both dress and pinafore button in the back.  Bloomers have elastic in casing at waist and legs.
